What This Is All About
My 90 day commitment to get back in shape.
I will be using a variety of some well known exercise programs and diets that I have experimented with before. I have decided to create this blog for a couple of reasons. First, to put myself on some form of public accountability to follow through with it. Second, I really enjoyed the movie Julie & Julia where a girl blogged about her one year challenge to cook every recipe (524 in all) in the Julia Childs' cookbook "Mastering the Art of French Cooking". The blog served not only to keep her accountable, but also as a place of interest to those that followed it.
Regarding this blog, I pledge 2 things:
1. to be brutally honest, about this effort.
2. to make reading this as entertaining as I possibly can.
