Woke up and weighed in at 254, so the day started nicely.
Decided to do the workout in the evening. Lunch was more tuna. (Note to self, call broker to buy stock in Chicken of the Sea).
Day two was cardio and is the easier of the workouts, although the most boring. I own a home elliptical machine that heretofore had been a clothes storage device. So I dusted it off and did the 20 minutes to Norah Jones.
Supper was grilled chicken strips, spinach salad and hot and sour soup. Kaye prepared them and I grilled them on our new All Clad griddle we got for Christmas. She prepared a few extras and they found their way into my belly.
Evening weight was 258, Ouch!
