Day 3 Recap

Day 3 and I was sore as hell from the upper body workout on Monday. Hit the gym after work and did the lower body workout, (quads, hams, calves and abs).

As I got back in my truck to go home, the desire for a good scotch was strong. I think it was partly due to a feeling of satisfaction from the day. We got a nice order approved and I got my workout in. Nevertheless, I was strong.

Healthy eating today for the most part, grilled chicken (slightly processed-came from Sam's club) patties cooked on the George Foreman. Almost fell asleep in the chair watching the GMAC Bowl Game, and Kaye and I were in bed by 9:37. I say this with accuracy because we got one of these for Christmas. (and I love it.
