No, I didn't break down for a dozen, but I did kind of blow it on my no alcohol rule. I'll blame it on Kaye and good friends who stopped over last night. I had a good day eating wise, had a great workout (lower body weights and ab work). I had a small glass of wine while grilling chicken, and that was it until after dinner, when we were all hanging around I had probably 2 more. Felt really guilty this morning so I'm setting a firm pledge. Absolutely no more the rest of this program. Why, you ask? I'll explain a little later when I give my first interview.
On a positive note, I broke 250 with some degree of certainty. I'm happy about that but concerned that it took two weeks. At my current 248, I'm where I started one of these diets about 3 years ago. Today is Saturday and it will be 20 minutes on the elliptical, a Sam's run for essentials, and catch the Saints game. I'm tremendously happy that they re-signed Deuce McAllister and he will be a captain for today's game.
