Day 10: Makes me think of Bo Derek......Besides being a "10" I chose Bo Derek because we were born 2 weeks apart: November 1956.
Also, (like me), Bo avoids plastic surgery, and at age 53, she still looks pretty good.
Upper Body weight workout and accomplished it before work. Felt really good and am actually enjoying the time.Took a break from the lunch routing of tuna fish and took Kaye to Applebees for their soup and salad special. It's all you can eat, very healthy and only $6.99 The soup choices are tomato basil, broccoli cheese or French onion. The salads are grilled chicken caesar, shrimp on spinach, oriental chicken and one more I can't think of. It's McDonald's prices and all you can eat!
Supper was a chicken breast with broccoli, and the early to bed.
